Q: I'm looking for an item I don’t see here, or a color that is not shown – is there a way to place special orders?
A: Certainly. Call Black Lab at 877-415-9862 and one of our customer service representatives would be glad to help you find any item from the vast selection of vendors.
Q: What is your standard shipping turnaround?
A: Normal turnaround on items not in stock is 5-7 business days. Items in stock will ship the same day if orders are in by 2:00 PM EST
Q: I need an item fast. Is express delivery available?
A: Black Lab Apparel offers delivery service from UPS and FedEx to meet your needs
Q: I need an item in a size you do not carry – are extended sizes available?
A: Certain products offer a wide size selection to cover customers of all shapes and sizes. Contact Black Lab customer service at 877-415-9862 to find the exact size you are looking for.
Q: How can I pay for my purchases?
A: Anyone may make a purchase using a MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover credit card.
Q: Do purchases incur sales tax?
A: Taxable items shipped to addresses in the state of Pennsylvania incur standard sales taxes based upon the rates applicable to the shipping address. Taxable items include non-apparel items. If you have any questions please call Black Lab at 877-415-9862 and customer service can help.
Q: Can I ship international
A: Yes you can ship international including Canada & Mexico. Taxes and duties are included in most cases for small packages shipments. Customer Service will contact you for larger or LTL shipments to inform you of the amount of taxes & duties.
